TO PROMOTE, SUPPORT, UPHOLD AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AGAINST ALL ENEMIES FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC AND TO FIGHT AGAINST TYRANY AND INVASION WITHIN OUR BORDERS
The Patriot Army Oath
The First Patriot Army is NOT a militant group, a hate group, or insurrectionists and we are not anti-government, We do not advocate an overthrow of any legal government. We are not anti-law enforcement, Our purpose is to serve, aid, and protect our families and communities
Why The Patriot Army Is Needed Now
The US Military is one of the best trained, and well-equipped combat forces in the world. Each soldier is required to take the following oath upon enlistment:
“I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”
Military Enlistment Oath
The Problem
The second part of the oath requires them to obey the orders of the President of the United States and to the officers appointed over them, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Very limited training is provided on the Uniform Code of Military Justice beyond what will happen should they disobey the orders of those above them. Prior to taking this oath, recruits receive no explanation or training on the oath to which they are swearing.
The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878
Most Americans believe the military is barred from action on American soil due to the Posse Comitatus Act however, this does not restrain our Federal military during martial law or insurrection and it does not apply to each States National Guard.
While it seems unlikely American soldiers would fire upon a friend or family member or other citizen, history has unfortunately proven this not to be the case. History around the world is full of examples of soldiers “only following orders” to justify their horrific actions.
Even in America, the civil war placed families and friends on opposite sides of the conflict. Is it so hard to believe that during trying times a soldier would try to maintain stability in their own lives by following orders under their oath? What other option would improve their situation?
What Could Go Wrong?
Economic collapse of the US financial system would cause extreme hardship on people around the world and here in the United States:
- Food shortages
- Riots
- Famine
- Crime
- Unemployment
- Loss of currency
- Attack on US Soil
In the event of a lack of local or national government stability and control, foreign militaries could take the advantage and invade our shores.
Right now, illegal immigration is prolific along our southern border. The US Government has failed to defend our borders against invasion as required by the U S Constitution. Any foreigner has only to reach the US side of our border to be detained, processed and dispersed amoung the States at great expense to the citizen taxpayer.
All good reasons for a non-governmental, unregulated, anonymous and vetted militia be formed to maintain stability under the guidence of the U S Constitution!
Many soldiers and veterans would not fight against the American citizen. Recently, 60,000 US soldiers were released for disobeying the direct order to allow the military to inject an experimental vaccine. There must be a place for patriotic, trained military and the citizens to muster to fight against a tyrannical government foreign or domestic.
The Solution
The framers of the Constitution included the 2nd amendment in the Bill of Rights to allow militias among all men to be established to protect their rights and to bear arms to defend those rights against a tyrannical government.
A Call for Patriots to Muster
The time to form these militias is not when needed, but rather long before they are needed. The time to organize and train these militias is now before it is too late.
